How To Do Lunges The Correct Way (Exercise for your Butt, Quads, Hamstrings)
How to do Lunges The Correct Way. The lunge works your quadriceps muscles, gluteal muscles (Butt) and hamstring muscles. Your feet should always point forward. You want your front heel to be midway up to your knee. Then you go into your heel not your toe. Going into your toe will cause knee problems over time. The back knee should be about 1 inch off the ground on the down position. Make sure to keep your back upright the whole time. Try 3 sets of 15 reps on each, master the basic ones before moving on to the harder variations
Push Back lunge
You lunge forward then push back to start position and lunge with your opposite leg.
Walking Lunge
With every lunge you step forward, once there repeat with opposite leg. When you are halfway through your set repeat backwards using the same form and technique.
Front Foot Elevated Lunge’
Place your lead foot on an elevated surface. Lunge towards your elevated heel. Make sure your heel is firmly place on the surface. Once you hit your reps on one leg repeat on the other, make sure its the same reps on both legs.
Bulgarian Split Squat
Keep your back foot elevated while you lunge towards your front heel that is firmly place on the ground. Once you hit your reps on one leg repeat on the other, make sure its the same reps on both legs.
Jumping Lunges
Lunge forward when coming back up explosively switch to lunge leading with the opposite leg. This is a great workout to help burn fat because it jacks up your heart rate.

Climbing For Raw Pulling Strength!!
It has been said that climbing is one of the best exercises in the world. Now that you remove your legs from the equation it becomes one of the best upper body workouts in the world. It involves raw pulling power and if your legs are out a lot of core strength to keep steady. It works out your anterior and posterior deltoid, Biceps, Complete abdominals, Obliques, Triceps, Latissimus Dorsi, Traps, and all the muscles in your forearm.
If your a beginner make sure not to rely on the straight leg to much. Complete 3-4 sets of 5 perfect reps all the way up, all the way down, Don’t let your bottom touch the floor. Once your doing it smoothly switch to going up as high as you can while still being able to come down controlled. Its important to keep steady and focus on raw strength instead of trying to wiggle your way up.

How to do Elbow Dips / Russian Dips
The elbow dips / russian dips is a variation of the dip on the parallel bars. It works your triceps and pectorals (Chest) when you do the normal dip motion then also works your core and back when pulling back from the leaning back position. You don’t want to thrash yourself backwards to rough. Do it slowly, go all the way down on the dip and then lean back very controlled. Using your whole body whip yourself back up from that position. Only try if your already able to do at least 15 proper dips.

The world renowned Barstarzz Qualifications. If your between the age of 18 – 50 Must be able to perform 10 good muscle ups, must be able to show creativity and originality using bodyweight (or someone else’s bodyweight) exercise. Must be loyal, trust worthy, consistent, dedicated, and a positive person among there community and in general. If under the age of 18, over the age of 50, a female, or over the weight of 210 the 10 muscle ups is not mandatory, but must still show creativity with exercise and the characteristics of a star. If from New York City must be able to show 20 muscle ups along with the other requirements. And when we say creative, we mean CREATIVE!!! This is a very very important aspect to being a star. The proper way to submit a application is to make a video called “Barstarzz Tryouts” In the video explain why do you feel like you should be a star wether speaking or in the videos description. Also your age and country/state/town/city Demonstrate the required muscle ups if it applies to you, then show your freestyle. These things can be shown in any order. The video will then be showed to all the current Barstarzz officials and it will be voted on. Majority rules. You may apply as often as you want. If your not accepted please keep the video up to show your progress. Being a star has its responsibilities along with its benefits. It will be discussed further if you make it. Head Banger pull ups are a great variation. Focusing alot on the Outside of your lats, rear deltoids, forearms, biceps, and if you keep your legs up a great exercise for the abdominals. Make sure your able to perform at least 10 perfect form chin ups before attempting these. Make sure the bar is stable before attempting this, do not suggest on a home pull up bar. If your Not Able to do as much range of motion as us, simply Do What You Can while Keeping Your Head Above the bar. Gripping pull up style will work the forearm more, chin up grip works your biceps more.

ts important to eat breakfast. If you go long periods of time without eating your body breaks down muscle for energy and you sleeping is a long period of not eating. So its important for when you wake up to eat your breakfast within a hour of waking up. Your breakfast should be heavy in protein to keep your body from cannibalizing your muscles and promote muscle growth. For this recipe I suggest start with adding your favorite vegetables to the mix.
